Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd. owns the workshop, the design studio and the installation crew. Manufacturing happens in our 60,000 sq.ft Greater Noida facility, founded in 2008. No outsourced sub-assemblies and no white-labelled imports. The team that runs your site survey is the same team that fits the furniture on site within NCR.
Free delivery and installation are within Delhi NCR only, handled by our in-house crew. Outside NCR, Zumax-supervised partner crews handle install and third-party logistics are billed as actuals on each order. Lead times: 24 hours on in-stock almirahs and chairs subject to availability, 4 to 5 days for a custom almirah, and 15 days from order confirmation for modular kitchens, wardrobes, office fit-outs, lockers and bulk classroom orders. Add 2 to 3 days for Tier-2 cities.
Pricing is project-specific and shared after the site survey, since it depends on layout, finish and hardware choices. Send the dimensions, the layout type (single-wall, L-shape or island) and the finish brief, and the Business Coordinator Team will revert with a written quote in 24 to 48 hours. The site survey is free. A 2D or 3D layout is shared within 5 working days of the survey, before invoice.
Off-the-shelf catalogue brands and marketplace brands work through multi-tier distributor networks. Zumax is a single-supplier model. You deal with the manufacturer directly, with one project manager per job and the same team handling the quote, the build and the install. We build for homes and businesses on the same shop floor, so one PO can cover a home kitchen and a company boardroom.
Yes. Every Zumax office chair ships with a BIFMA X5.1 tested mechanism. Gas lifts are Samhongsa. Office chair warranty is 1 year, replacement only, with no warranty on castors and no field repair.
Cabinetry hinges and runners run on Hettich, with Salice, Grass or Blum on some lines. Almirah locks are a lever lock and bolt set sourced from Hafele or Ebco. Gas lifts are Samhongsa. Powder coat paint is Paramount or AkzoNobel, 100-hour salt-spray tested. Tempered glass is Saint-Gobain or AIS. Veneer is sourced from Bhutan Tuff. If your facility manager needs a specific brand, you can lock that in at the order stage.
Yes. Classroom desks, library shelving, auditorium seating, computer-lab tables and lab benches are sized to NIB standard, with real anti-microbial HPL contact surfaces sourced from Marino, Greenlam or Royal Touch. Lab benches reference IS 4837 and library shelving references IS 1553. Auditorium fabric is IS 15768 fire-retardant. Warranty across institutional furniture is 2 years on manufacturing defects.
Yes. The Zumax Experience Center in Greater Noida is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Walk-ins are welcome. The address is 221/1, Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida 201306.
